We love old buildings, no matter how ruined, and work to save them and put them to good use.

We believe in team work for all our projects, big or small. Teams can be just a client, a builder and ourselves. For more complex projects they may include architects, archaeologists, artists, building pathologists, conservators, exhibition and interior designers, landscape architects, public relations and marketing agencies, structural and services engineers and quantity surveyors.

We like big, complex, messy problems. We have considerable experience in dealing with large, multi-period structures and groups of buildings, often in separate ownership or under different management regimes.

We like to build relationships in order to help people and organizations work together to use historic buildings and believe that change is best managed through dialogue.
