Re-use and retro-fitting advice

We are experts at building conservation, we conserve, repair refurbish, re-use, retrofit and restore historic buildings for public, private and charity sector clients. Our expertise covers all types of historic structures, including ruins.

We regularly advise on what alterations might be possible in listed buildings and how to extend them and also act as heritage consultants for civil engineering works, usually as part of a multi-disciplinary team.

We undertake development appraisals for heritage led regeneration projects, including heritage impact statements and advise clients on which architects might best suit their needs. We provide high level advice on the re-use and retro-fitting of historic buildings and listed buildings. We’re not wedded to modern or traditional, but firmly believe that good design comes from clear briefing, open discussion and an awareness of context.
