We specialize in adapting, altering and extending historic buildings, making changes that allow them to work properly for people today. We are based in Jersey, but work throughout the United Kingdom.

We keep as much as we can of the existing fabric and believe that historic buildings are sustainable buildings - they should be repaired, not demolished.

Although repair and refurbishment is our specialism, we occasionally design new buildings for those who ask. When we do we use traditional materials: the use of stone, lime mortar, slates, pantiles, thatch, brick, wood and iron results in high quality, solid buildings that look 'right'.
