Victoria Pier

PROJECTS

Victoria Pier

Victoria Pier is a Grade 2 Listed maritime structure.  The Listing includes the original 1841 pier (altered in the 1887-8, 1928-31 and 1949), the 1940s WW2 modified type 631 casemate and the post-war Port Control building. It is an important example of an historic maritime structure which illustrates the evolution of Jersey’s harbour complex in terms of history, design and engineering.

We provided the Ports of Jersey with an HIS to accompany a Planning application for the replacement of a heavily corroded landing platform and fenders (historically known as the ‘London Berth’.
