Tom is in his final year studying a BSc (Hons) in Building Surveying at the University College of Estate Management. He has previous practical experience working as a trainee Quantity Surveyor for a building contractor, as well as working in property management at Maillard and Co.

Tom has a long-standing interest in historic buildings and has taken part in JBPT courses on historic paint, lime plaster, digital survey and capture as part of his cpd training.

Tom is keen to continue his career in Building Surveying and will be applying for full membership of RICS.
