Grouville Parish Hall

This fine 19th Century building had a new flat roof installed in the second half of the 20th Century which although structurally sound, was leaking and inadequately insulated.  Working with Michael Woodrow MRICS we applied for planning consent to re-roof and insulate the roof and provide a new ceiling for the main meeting room with new, improved lighting.
