Regent’s Park Resident’s Guide

PROJECTS

Regent’s Park Resident’s Guide

All the buildings in Regent’s Park are re-decorated on a 4-year (quadrennial) cycle. Repairs form an integral part of the works of redecoration and in order to better explain what is required and why, the Crown Estate commissioned an explanatory booklet covering aspects of building maintenance, and the system of management in the park.

The resulting document was illustrated to make it easy for householders to understand the principles of construction. The booklet was so successful that a similar document was produced for the Crown Estate’s Lessees in Bedford Square.
